Founded in 2008, the Downtown Boaters' Association consists of boat owners and slip holders at Volunteer Landing Marina and boat enthusiasts who frequent the Tennessee River, including members of the VOL Navy. It also includes owners and operators of selected downtown businesses establishments. Membership is FREE.
