Thank you for taking a moment to dock with us here in our virtual harbor - created and maintained by the Downtown Boaters' Association in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Nestled among the giant bluffs of Knoxville’s downtown waterfront, our association includes the families and friends of about 100 boat owners who keep their boats in the slips at the marina. It also includes a large number of downtown Knoxville businesses and organizations that enjoy the support and patronage of our community.

Since 1998, our marina has been the premiere boating location in East Tennessee, offering year round accessibility and a virtual buffet of urban amenities unrivaled by other local and regional waterside facilities.

We enjoy front row seating for all of the activities that take place on our vibrant waterway that is connected to the Tennessee River, Fort Loudoun Lake, Lake Tellico & Watts Bar Lake. On land, we are also within walking distance of an enormous number of dining, entertainment, shopping and athletic venues located in our Historic Downtown, the Market Square District, The Old City and on the campus of The University of Tennessee.
